It seems easy to say what is out of style when you are showing cheap ugly clothing. Buy classic styles that are always in and buy less.

I picked jeans out of the closest and thought 'wow, perfect wash, perfect fit' guess what?? Walmart, Time & True. The best, not always the most expensive. But, splurge occasionally, it's does the heart good.

Need summer white pants? I bought thru Macy's , Jones NY, drawstring waist, beautiful loose fit. Linen/rayon, so will need some touch up, but I like the casual look. They are lined (washable) so hemming can be tricky, I sew so wasn't a problem. They cost a bit more (less than $50) but I looked ALL over and couldn't find white pants I like. Loose but very fashionable, air goes thru them, great for hot/sticky weather. I wear 8-10 and M fit perfectly.

Omg! I've been resting after a recent surgery and haven't been on RUclips so I'm just catching up on videos. Boy am I glad I saw this one!! Going to Vegas in August (talk about Hot, huh?!) and I am definitely going to check out Rent the Runway because I want to dress fancy for the shows but don't want to be stuck with all the clothes! Michael Kors high heels--Berkley Espadrille Wedge Sandals, are also surprisingly comfortable. I have even worn them while traveling by flying and having to walk miles throughout airports and have no problem and I'm 58 and don't generally wear heels!

You can be in the greatest shape, but if your skin looks old not just your face, but your whole body, there are certain fashions that should be ditched, like bikinis and shorts! A one piece bathing suit is so much more flattering! Cropped pants worn with heavy sneakers is a horrible look, flattering flats or sandals look better! Ditto for scooped neck tops with gathers, a very aging look imho! And time to ditch the super high heels that look like weapons of mass destruction these days, very bad for the feet! There are so many great looking flats or sandals these days! Think Audrey Hepburn with her cropped pants and ballet flats, still an iconic fashion today! I have two cardinal rules...comfort and style!

Newsflash: hosiery is coming back. As long as they are nude and lightweight, for formal attire, and they smooth the legs instead of cover the legs in a thick fabric, I'm happy to see quality hosiery return. Covering up purple leg veins with makeup that smears or getting the veins (painfully) injected and leaving scars/marks is not cute.

I am 61. I do love me some loud slacks. And I am a very conservative dresser. So there it is. I haven’t loved some of the trousers of the last 25 years. I never fell from asymmetric things, so inelegant.

I tried the Barely Zero briefs ... I'm only 124 pounds, pant size 6, and the "fits most" size doesn't fit. Not your fault, Angela, obviously. But I think the sizing is way off.

As I turned 55 I decided to let my hair go grey and embrace a mid-length unstructured haircut - my hair has never looked better or been healthier. People wear cold shoulder tops because it hides upper arm fat when fitted properly. It's not that we want details -- we want to hide the problem part of arms and still show a bit of skin and the neckiace with that frames our decolette nicely.

I assume that at least part of the reason this video was created was to promote and praise The Villages development, but in spite of the reassurances about the lack of aggressive right-wing politics there I'm never going to forget the news clips of rabid Trump supporters there that I've seen. They do exist. I would never willingly relocate to a closed, controlled community where this was happening.
